("The Rules")

Organisation of the Game

These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the Sign up for exclusive access to Watch The Inside Tack Show LIVE and Hear more from the Emirates GBR SailGP Team (“Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood the Athena Racing Limited Privacy Policy.

The promoter is the Athena Racing, located at 38 Hans Crescent. Knightsbridge. London SW1X 0LZ.

The Promotion is open to residents of any country except Austria, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, the Philippines, South Korea, and Taiwan.

Notwithstanding the exceptions above, this Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion:

• Athena Racing employees and individuals engaged by Athena Racing;
• Members of their immediate family and/or household (whether related or not) to any of those individuals; and
• Anyone else professionally involved with the operation or administration of the Promotion.

All entrants must be over 18 to enter.

The promotion closes at 05/06/2025 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

There is one prize: Sign up for exclusive access to Watch The Inside Tack Show LIVE and Hear more from the Emirates GBR SailGP Team (the “Prize(s)”).

The winner will be picked at random by Athena Racing from all eligible entries on 05/06/2025, Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and will be notified by email.

We reserve the right to provide an alternative Prize(s) of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

No purchase is necessary.

No automated entries will be accepted.

No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.

We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.

The Prize(s) is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

The winner will have 72 hours to claim their Prize(s) from the date that they are contacted with notification that they are a winner. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner. Athena Racing will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, but it is the winner’s responsibility to monitor their email account, including any junk folder, for receipt of notification.

The decisions of Athena Racing are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Prize(s) will be delivered to the winner within a reasonable timescale after claiming the Prize(s).

Personal Data:

• By taking part in this Promotion, all entrants consent to the Promoters collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this Promotion, including as necessary in respect of the administration of the Promotion (in their capacity each as data controllers, acting independently of each other).
• Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
• Entrants have certain rights in relation to their personal data, including: (i) to obtain copies of it; (ii) to have it corrected or deleted; (iii) to limit the way in which it is used; (iv) to object to its use; (v) to transfer it; (vi) not to be subject to decisions based on automated processing (including profiling); and (vii) to complain to the regulator, the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Please note that many data subject rights are not absolute and the extent to which they apply may vary depending on the circumstances and any exemptions that may apply.

Liability:

• Athena Racing will not be liable for: (i) any loss that is not caused by Athena Racing (or any person acting on Athena Racing’ behalf); (ii) any loss caused by any event or circumstance beyond Athena Racing’ reasonable control; (iii) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; or (iv) any unavailability of the Athena Racing website. However, nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any person's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which it would be illegal to limit or exclude liability.
• In particular, consumers have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and services which are not performed with reasonable care and skill and these legal rights are in addition to and are not affected in any way by anything contained in these Rules. Further advice about consumer rights is available from any local Citizens' Advice Bureau, local Trading Standards office, as applicable in their country.

By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information ng made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Athena Racing using the contact details at the end of these Rules. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Athena Racing may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant's entry, to the relevant country’s Advertising Standards Authority or other legal authority, if required to do so. This may happen where Athena Racing is required to demonstrate that it has awarded the Prize(s) advertised. To request disclosure of winners' details, enquirers must submit a request by email by one month after the competition close date. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize(s) has been validly claimed.

Athena Racing does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the Promotion.

The winner may be required to participate in reasonable related publicity without further reward. e.g. be photographed for website/newspaper stories or provide a short statement about their win. Each entrant agrees that in the event of a win, Athena Racing will be able to use the winner’s name and image in connection with such publicity. Each entrant agrees that Athena Racing may share, publish or promote any image, video text or other content submitted or uploaded to any website in connection with this Promotion, on its corporate website, blogs or its Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account.

Athena Racing reserves the right to vary, cancel or amend, without notice, this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, the Prize(s) may be awarded to a winner drawn from eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
